Sport brake discs are manufactured from high-quality alloy heatproof materials.

Specialized WLS-type brake discs are drilled and slotted on both sides and are directionally tilted. They have undergone tests for increased special-heat-treatment, indicating the following advantages:
Disc temperatures are evenly spread.
There is negligible "brake-fading".
The stability of the braking system is maintained even under extreme heat.

he apertures on the braking surface provides better response and creates permanent cleaning of the brake pads.
AIR cushioning is also refined as the expanding gases are carried off through the slots.

Sport brakes are compatible with all brake pads, however sport brake pads increase effectiveness.
Important to note, when involved in hard braking conditions the components need to ‘bed-in’ for optimum performance.
This can be identified by noting that the covering of the disc is uniform. Only then will brake temperature be evenly distributed and the optimal function is guaranteed.
